The Board of Directors meets three times each year for a workshop to address short and long-term goals of the organization. This includes budget planning, planning for the upcoming Horizons season, scheduling field trips, activities in support of BLAST, STEMout, and science fair support for individual school science fairs up to CRSEF, Florida Science Fair, and even ISEF. We introduce new board members and review By-Laws. Other items maybe added to the agenda by the Board President.
